Alan Thomas “Tom” Denning

9^th June 1941 – 13^th September 2026

Age 85 years

Formerly of Blackwater, late of Rockhampton and originally of Devon, England.

Tom passed away peacefully on Sunday, 13^th September 2026,

surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved Husband of Lilly, with whom he shared 57 years of marriage

and a lifetime of love.

Much- loved Father of Wayne, Rhonda, Tanya and Timothy, and Father-in-Law to Kathrin, Jeff and Andrew.

Adored Gramps to Katie, Alysia and Noah, and Much-loved Brother, Uncle and member of Denning, Munns, Smallwood and Albury Families in Australia and Devon.

Known to so many simply as Tom, he will be remembered for his strength, hard work, generosity and fairness; for the people he quietly helped along the way; and most of all, for his enduring love of family.

  The family has held a small private service to farewell Tom on Thursday 17^th September 2026.
